The band’s first visit to Trowbridge

MWC band at RomseyIn spite of the disappointing audience turnout for the band’s first visit to Trowbridge, those that did attend will be telling their friends what a very rare treat they missed after they enjoyed, not only a full a varied programme of music from the band, but also the pleasure of listening and watching two extremely talented Military Wives Choirs in full voice!

One of these was from Imjin barracks Innsworth Gloucester (pictured below and whom the band had worked with at Gloucester Cathedral earlier in the year) and the other from Colerne.

A big well done to both for helping to make the event such a success for all concerned. Hopefully, (should we return again) those numbers should double if everyone brings along their friends. One thing is for certain, (if the reception received was anything to go by), then they would be doing them one enormous favour.

Below is the full programme of music – some of which was especially arranged by our own Musical Director Capt Dave Cole for band and choirs.
